Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class with tracking. You will receive an email confirmation for your order, and then the order tracking number when shipped. 

Please double check your shipping address when ordering to ensure the correct destination. I'm sorry, but I cannot refund orders sent to incorrect shipping address!

I currently am not able to ship international orders thru my website shop. Please email me or visit my Etsy shop - PaperPuffinShop - to place an order.

contact: In your email, please let me know which items you'd like to order and your destination country. I can work a shipping quote for you. I love shipping internationally, and I wish it were easier and cheaper! Most international shipping starts at $15.

All international orders will be shipped with appropriate customs forms detailing the contents. You are responsible for any additional customs fees.

Contact me within 12 hours of placing our order. I tend to fulfill orders fairly quickly.

I generally do not accept returns and exchanges.

Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order, and I will work to get it resolved quickly.

I'm sorry, but I cannot refund orders sent to incorrect provided shipping address. Once the item is marked delivered, I cannot refund stolen items.

If the address provided when the order is shipped is incorrect or undeliverable , the buyer assumes responsibility for any additional costs to re-ship the item. If an undelivered order is returned to me in good shape, the items less the shipping costs will be refunded to the buyer.

It is very important to me that your order arrives to you in excellent condition, so I take care to package them appropriately.  If an order is damaged during shipping, contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Please note that items damaged in shipping may take some time to resolve as I will need to work with USPS to determine their liability and refund.
